We are proud to present Gloss Haus to the Whitby community. Established in 2021, Gloss Haus is a welcoming and bright studio salon created by two ambitious, independent women.
Our goal is to create a relaxing and personable one-on-one experience for our guests, where you can trust in the expertise of your stylist to ensure the results you desire.
It is our mission at Gloss Haus to provide a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where you always feel valued, appreciated and comfortable. We take pride in delivering an exceptional service experience so that you feel confident in knowing you’ll receive consistent results every time.

Welcome to our studio salon!
I'm Marissa, a passionate Hair Stylist and co-owner of Gloss Haus Hair Studio based out of Whitby, Ontario.
I design a customized look for each and every client who sits in my chair. On top of that, I love to build personal relationships which each one of you.
We end up spending a great deal of time together working on your mane, and I consider myself so fortunate to be able to call my clients my friends, while doing work that truly feeds my creative soul.
It is my mission that every single person who sits in my chair feels valued, confident and beyond satisfied with their custom hair experience.
I specialize in virtually invisible, flexible and comfortable Invisible Bead Extensions, big colour transformations, vivid colours AND lived-in natural looks.

I’m Laura, co-owner and hairstylist at Gloss Haus Hair Studio. Pursuing a career behind the chair and opening a salon has been a dream of mine since I was young. Although it took me some time to commit to exploring the hairstylist path, I found my way to the Career School of Hairstyling in 2017 and immediately found my passion with the craft.
The hairstyling industry has provided me with a profession that is challenging and dynamic. As a person who thrives off of creating and learning new things, I am always striving to perfect my techniques through continuing education/training. Evolving my skills allows me to stay current with new trends in the industry, ensuring each guest receives the service they deserve. My goal is to build your trust by delivering a consistent, positive experience every time you visit us at Gloss Haus Hair Studio.
As a dualist, I specialize in modern balayage techniques for dimensional blondes and brunettes, high impact blonding, colour transformations, and haircutting services for long and short hairstyles.
If I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me in the kitchen or in the sunshine, doing a fun workout, spending time with my family and friends, reading, or learning something new. I love to eat at independent restaurants, and always appreciate a cold glass of pinot grigio!
